There
are so many Real Estate "Guru's" out
there, that its often difficult to identify who to trust. We
found it literally a minefield to aquire the right information. We
arrived at the conclusion that TC and Vickie Bradley had the answers we
needed. The following documents my own experience and discovery of
creative Real Estate aquisition.
As an investor, my journey took me to Real Estate very early. I
searched for months to find useful authentic information.

As a group, My associates and I didnt know we were going to
achieve our respective million dollar goals so quickly. That being the
case, I was concious of one thing. You see, buying the wrong
information is really not a big deal when you know
its in error. I consider a bad purchase just par for the course and a
few hundred dollars lost..although tearful is not the end of the world.
What I was however, really concious of was swallowing counterfeit
content and wasting even more money and precious time trying to make
some "Gurus" whimsical literary efforts work.
That is a price I was not willing to pay. I
had a goal in place, I had
momentum and I wasn't going to be stopped or side tracked by some fool
wanting a few dollars from me.
I was doing well at the time, but I didn't have the kind of spare money
necessary to begin to get involved in Real Estate yet- the way we
envisaged. It was frustrating because I knew thats where the real
leverage and compounding was.
When I discovered the "no
money down
brigade"
and understood what they were trying to teach I got very excited and
got into some intensive research. TC and Vickey Bradley's work came
regretfully later.
I invested in 5 different courses and began reading in my spare time.
You wouldn't believe the waffle being passed off as quality product.
Even with my limited knowledge of un-orthodox Real Estate deals, I
found ALL of them were diluted fanciful concocctions. Some verged on
being unethical and this was a big thing for us, we prefer to actually
keep the money we earn through our efforts.
If its illegal or unethical we wont even consider it because we valued
sleeping at night.
Anyway, time passed and I was still not doing any Real Estate deals. I
read about all manner of unworkable, unsustainable strategy. I was
resigned to the fact, that there was really nothing to this "no money
down" thing, that it was just hype. I had spent well over $700 on
different products which essentially repeated each other.
What did happen though before I stumbled accross TC and Vickie
Bradley's work, is that I learned a little about the topic. Even the
worst of the books (which I wont mention, they know who they are) had
something to offer, even in a small way.
I began to formulate my own tentative ideas about how to get involved
in Real Estate without money down or finance. I wont say I had
little money because thats not true, I could afford to easily invest in
maybe 2 properties and had I known about TC and Vickie Bradley's
offering, I would have considered myself very lucky to find it. We
needed fast and large compounding through the use of leverage and we
wanted it ethical but certain. We planned on a process that would not
limit us to 1 or 2 houses. We wanted to start with 5 or 10.
To do this, we needed the "no money down" process if it actually
existed at all, the way we wanted it. Ethical.

This is a well
known fact, but millions of people own Real Estate and they aren't
wealthy, they still struggle on a daily basis. What are the 8/10

Estate dont do?
They
control profits, Real Estate
is just the "investment object" of choice. They do it without needing
to commit funds and they dont rely on Commercial lending to orchestrate
their Real Estate dealings.
By leaving behind the need for a deposit or finance, they are free to
deal in Real Estate prolifically.
We also required a way to control property without the restriction of
using finance. As finance criteria would tightly limit our progress. If
we could discover an ethical process that didn't rely on financing,
then we could line up 5 to 10 at a time, as many as we could find
without being restricted by the finance question.
This also served as a Risk management measure. Non exposure meant if
anything went wrong, we could simply walk away. If somebody failed to
stick to there end of the bargain for example, we didnt need to bother
with spending money on lawyers or legal suits, we could just walk away
and move on to the next deal. Just a little time lost and a new lesson
learnt without too much disruption.
Its these tentative ideas that drew me to TC and Vickie Bradleys
work. I dont know how I missed it. His work"Real Estate with no money
down and no credit checks" is
literally everywhere on the internet. Its one of the most acclaimed
works about Real Estate online.
It has its share of detractors like every high profile product, but
I suspect they are simply people speaking from a position of
ignorance. Belonging to several forums myself, I notice the occasional
misinformation and it makes me wonder if these people have even read
Bradley's work. Nevertheless, they are entitled to there opinion.
Having this online resource of course its natural that we promote "Real
Estate with no credit checks and no money down" here. It works for
anyone interested and it cuts straight to the profits.
The clever strategy of using
lease option contracts was
roughly what I was considering before I bought "No credit checks" at
the time
The way we used
it was to market properties even before signing the lease option. We
had an average of 100 little classified ads per week, just to guage the
market. If a specific property we "thought" we had, didn't come
through, we would just divert the caller into one of the other
properties we worked on, that we did have a lease option in place.
Speed was the main premise. Always keeping our markup modest helped
sell the house quickly.
Rather then stealing TC and Vickie Bradley's thunder and giving away
